We Had A Good Run

Wix emailed me today that they are increasing my website plan from $300 to over $800. This is the way of things. It's set to renew on November 4th of this year. As a result, I think I'm going to let the website go. It's a fun hobby but this is a very niche audience and I'm not even writing regular blog posts anymore.

Clearly this will mean much less visibility for my supplements but there again. Cottage industry. Fun hobby. All good things.

In light of this, get what you can from the site while it's still up. I've really enjoyed being that voice for AD&D. And I hope people (mostly people who are new to old school gaming) will carry the torch.

Until Nov, I'll continue to post.

Peace,

and happy gaming.

[EDIT: see my response below in the comments. Also serendipitous, should efforts fail for any reason, is the fine work of one Lucas M who asked my permission before collating this blog. His plan was/is to disseminate the compilation via PDF on his discord. I would like to broaden access to his generous and thoughtful work (for he also re-organized some bits so that topics were less scattered). To that end, I provide a link to Lucas' PDF of the Blue Bard's blog posts on AD&D below. We owe Lucas for turning the blog into something that can't be lost. Many thanks, my friend.]
