Thanks Anthony! With a 900+ page adventure there's bound to be some typos, but as I've said previously, you've organized things so well that it's amazingly accessible to dive in on the topics that one is interested in. I'll let you know if I notice any other ones.

"IMO, the spell description clarifies that this spell only moves 125 cubic feet per round." Wow, thanks for that clarification Anthony! I had totally misinterpreted the potency of the spell. As you probably realized, I thought it created a 125' deep shaft that is 5' x 5', but now I understand that all the spell really does is is dig out one 5' x 5' x 5' cube every round which is what the second sentence of the spell essentially says. So all that stuff about the hole appearing under a creature would result in the creature falling at most 5' (assuming the hole doesn't go through the ceiling of a cavern or something) and not taking any damage! Clearly not what I was imagining which was creatures falling to their deaths and being buried alive :-) Thanks also for sharing your rules for cave-ins/avalanches, I'll keep them handy for when that situation comes up.
