Here are some questions/clarifications about possible errata:
Bard spell list (p. 11 of Appendix and Compendium): Suggestion is on both the 4th and 5th level list. Which level should it be and is there another spell that got left out as a result?
Witch spell progression table and spell list (p. 207 and 208 of A&C): The witch spell progression table has a column for level 8 spells in between level 7 and "HSO" spells, but the spell list goes from level 7 to HSO with no level 8 spells listed. I'm assuming the level 8 spell column should just be ignored?
Awesome catch on both counts. I tried so hard to get everything perfect but as mentioned, it was basically just me. I'm sure there will be more. I'm very grateful for you pointing this out and I will update the Appendix in the Lulu store with the errata.
"Suggestion" should be in the 4th level column. It should be stricken from the fifth level column and replaced with "Wild Fable".
The 8th level spell column on the witch should be removed as you guessed.
